All prices are shown in USD and are live from our catalog at the moment you view them. We may correct a pricing error before an order ships; if we do, you can cancel for a full refund.

We may decline or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, stock errors or delivery restrictions, and you are refunded in full.

Payment is processed on our secure Wix checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorised and you receive an order confirmation email.

We describe materials, sizes and finishes as accurately as we can. Natural stones and handmade pieces vary slightly in colour and pattern, which is not a defect.

Sizing guidance is provided on each product page. If you are between sizes, contact us before ordering.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where our studio is registered, without affecting your local consumer rights.
