Shipping policy

Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are usually packed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are packed the next business day.

If an item is unexpectedly out of stock after you order, we contact you first and offer a replacement, a store credit or a full refund.

Standard US delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. It is free on orders over $75; below that the flat rate is $4.

Expedited options, if available for your address, are shown during checkout with their exact price and delivery window.

We ship worldwide for a flat $8 per order. International delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Import duties and taxes are set by your country and are not included in our prices. Any charges are collected by the carrier on delivery.

You receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves the studio. If tracking has not updated in 48 hours, contact us and we will chase it with the carrier.
