Refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to send back unworn pieces in their original packaging. Every refund is issued in full, and there is no restocking fee.
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number and the piece you would like to return. We reply with return instructions within one business day.
Pack the piece in its original box and pouch, include the packing slip, and ship it to the return address we provide.
What qualifies
Pieces must be unworn, unaltered and returned in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned. Custom or engraved pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
Refund timing
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it appears within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to a fault on our side.
Damaged or incorrect items
If a piece arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We send a replacement at our cost, no return required.
